Ancak y\u00f6netim kurulunun alm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu karar uyar\u0131nca hafta boyunca bas\u0131n medya yoluyla engellilerin sosyal ve ekonomik sorunlar\u0131 dile getirecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kuzey K\u0131br\u0131s T\u00fcrk Cumhuriyeti olarak \u00fclkemizde ya\u015fayan alt\u0131 bin raporlu engellinin genel sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7eren 13 maddelik istem paketi meclis ve \u00fcst d\u00fczey yetkililere yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak iletilecektir. Ayr\u0131ca en b\u00fcy\u00fck sorunlar\u0131m\u0131zdan olan engellilerin istihdam\u0131 ve \u00f6zel e\u011fitim konular\u0131 a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak h\u00fck\u00fcmetin ilgili mercilerine yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak iletilip konular\u0131n s\u0131cak tutulmas\u0131 sa\u011flanacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kamuoyunun dikkatine sayg\u0131 ile a\u00e7\u0131klan\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><strong>&nbsp;K\u0131br\u0131s T\u00fcrk Engelliler Federasyonu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><strong>Dervi\u015f Y\u00dcCET\u00dcRK<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><strong>08.05.2020<\/strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp; K\u0131br\u0131s T\u00fcrk Engelliler Federasyonu Y\u00f6netim Kurulu\u2019nun alm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu bir kararla a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da aynen belirtilen 13 maddelik istem paketini Devlet ve H\u00fck\u00fcmet Yetkilileri\u2019ne bir kez daha aktarmay\u0131 g\u00f6rev saymaktad\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Engellilerin genel sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zecek engelliler dairesinin acilen kurulmas\u0131.<\/li><li>\u00d6zel e\u011fitim yasa ve t\u00fcz\u00fcklerinin acilen Meclis\u2019ten \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131.<\/li><li>18 Ya\u015f \u00dcst\u00fc Engelliler Rehabilitasyon Merkezleri ile yak\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 planlanan Engelsiz Ya\u015fam Evine devlet taraf\u0131ndan ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan kadrolarla ilgili gerekli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n acilen tamamlanmas\u0131 ve gerekli yasalar\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131.<\/li><li>Engellileri Koruma, Rehabilite ve \u0130stihdam Yasas\u0131 alt\u0131nda mevcut olan Derecelendirme T\u00fcz\u00fck\u2019\u00fc, \u0130\u015f ko\u015fullar\u0131 ve Nakdi Yard\u0131mlar T\u00fcz\u00fck\u2019\u00fc ile Hak ve \u00d6devler T\u00fcz\u00fckleri\u2019nin iyile\u015ftirilmesi.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Engelli yurtta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kamuya a\u00e7\u0131k alanlarda ve kamuya y\u00f6nelik hizmetlerden e\u015fit \u015fekilde yararlanmalar\u0131n\u0131 engelleyen ula\u015f\u0131m, dola\u015f\u0131m ve eri\u015fim sorunlar\u0131na ivedi \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm getirilmesi.<\/li><li>2006 y\u0131l\u0131ndan beri gerek\u00e7esiz olarak kamuya yap\u0131lmayan y\u00fczde d\u00f6rtl\u00fck engelli istihdam\u0131n acilen yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ve sa\u011fl\u0131k kurulu raporu nedeni ile istihdam edilemeyen engellilere de asgari \u00fccret d\u00fczeyinde nakdi yard\u0131m sa\u011flanmas\u0131.<\/li><li>\u00d6zel bak\u0131ma gereksinimleri olan Engellilerin ailelerinin maddi durumuna bak\u0131lmaks\u0131z\u0131n bak\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131na asgari \u00fccret d\u00fczeyinde maa\u015f ba\u011flanmas\u0131.<\/li><li>Kuzey K\u0131br\u0131s T\u00fcrk Cumhuriyeti Meclisi\u2019nden ge\u00e7en B.M.
